We noticed an error in the server logs when parents were attempting to make or view their parent/teacher interview bookings.
This appeared to impact only a few schools for a brief time on Tuesday morning (before 7:20am). While checking the staff availability for these time slots the application (or perhaps the programmer) became confused whether there were multiple other bookings or a just a single other booking that was blocking a particular time slot.
Resolved at 7:21am
